Master of Management curriculum SP Jain Global

The MoM program features a strong foundation in core management disciplines and offers flexibility through specialised and elective units.

Semester 1 focuses on building a strong foundation through core units in general management, accounting, finance, and business economics.

In Semester 2, students continue with advanced units in general management, finance, and statistics, along with an introductory module on Emerging Technologies in Business.

Semester 3 is dedicated to specialisation, where students either pursue a focused track or follow a generalist path.

The final semester includes advanced management units, a strategic management simulation, and culminates in a 4-credit capstone project.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

A range of well-thought and planned ongoing assessment methods and tools have been used in the design of each unit of study (subject) to provide assurance of learning of unit outcomes. Assignments are both individual and group-based, varying across units and comprise of case studies, project-based learning, simulations, and reflective notes that foster critical thinking and application skills. Assessments are designed to foster digital and data literacy through use of select AI and other software tools. To learn more about our assessment methods, please refer to the Student Handbook.
