CAREER ACCELERATION AND ADAPTION
How do you lead your organisation to stay ahead of the competition in this fast-changing business landscape? An MBA could be your answer to thriving in this age of change. But we understand that busy working professionals often face hurdles balancing work and personal life with on-campus schedules, timetables, attendance and commute time.
SP Jain's Executive MBA (EMBA), taught in a virtual classroom, is an 18-month part-time program that offers you all the benefits of an on-campus MBA right at your doorstep, without having you leave the comfort of your home, job or city. Delivered through a state-of-the-art Engaged Learning Online (ELO) technology, the program is positioned to bring the dynamism and engagement of the SP Jain classroom online and in real time.
The program is flexible and structured in a way to help you find a balance between your personal and professional life while you pursue your MBA.
Apart from the brilliant faculty and the global campuses in Sydney, Singapore, Dubai, and Mumbai, one of the most important features I liked about SP Jain was their ELO technology which allowed us to get a classroom experience even from our homes. You can even break out to communicate and collaborate with your classmates and, in many ways, it’s so much better than an on-campus experience!
With 22+ years of industry experience, I was fortunate to grow to a Manager position with a graduate degree in hand. However, with the world moving fast and with competition at its peak, I feel that my career growth has now become stagnant.
With SP Jain’s EMBA, I'm looking forward to boosting my career, building new connections, strengthening my strategic and entrepreneurial skills, and developing my leadership skills even further.
Here at SP Jain, we not only learn from our faculty but also our peers. My cohort is full of professionals from diverse industries like Fintech, investment banking, and real estate. We also have few entrepreneurs studying with us. When we work on group projects together, I benefit a lot from their diverse backgrounds; the discussions that follow have been a great source of learning as well.
After a few months in the program, when I started applying my newly acquired business knowledge at work, I immediately noticed a big difference. Top leadership began to notice the value I added to meetings, and around 7 months into the program, I was offered a more strategic position at a leading logistic and supply chain services company, which I like to consider as a quick return on investment.
SP Jain's Executive MBA has allowed me the flexibility to gain new skills through an interactive virtual platform without leaving my job.
One of the major factors that attracted me to the program was the curriculum. All the courses I have attended till now have enhanced my knowledge immensely while also improving my interpersonal skills. It's a continuous learning process and I hope to be a much more knowledgeable person by the end of these 18 months.
Keeping client experience and employee engagement at the core of operational activities is key for any organisation. The EMBA course content and faculty interactions helped me understand the importance of this idea.
SP Jain’s EMBA has top international faculty, a globally diverse and highly experienced cohort, weekend schedule, and live online classes, all of which come together to give me the perfect learning experience. Attending classes through ELO has also been an amazing experience for me. We can actively interact with our peers using features like online polling, breakout rooms, chat boxes, virtual hand raise, and live in-class interaction – it's been amazing.
Understanding the subtle nuances of business has helped me enhance my marketability as a professional. Developing soft skills has helped me not just professionally but also personally.
Getting ready for the future is never easy, but it is made easier in the company of exceptional professors and brilliant peers who test your potential.
So far, the EMBA has helped me learn real-life business examples in the classes, trained my mind for critical thinking in broad business spectrums, and generated an ability to apply them at work. This experience comes with a balancing act of work and study, but is made seamless by the flexible and 100% online program in the digital era.
The Executive MBA program at SP Jain has been extremely helpful and has given me a new way to look at everything I do. It has also helped me build a strong network with SP Jain's alumni community across the globe. This, in turn, is helping me with my career progression.
