On Mount Everest, the stakes are high. There is tremendous uncertainty for what’s going to come next. That actually sounds a lot like working in a team in the managerial world!

Explore group dynamics and leadership in the context of climbing Mount Everest. This Business Simulation has been developed by Harvard Business School and we run it in SP Jain’s State of the Art Business Simulation Room or we can come to your place.  In under two hours students explore group dynamics and leadership in the context of climbing Mount Everest. In each round, students decide how to effectively distribute supplies and information needed for the ascent — decisions that affect speed, health, and ultimately the team’s success in summiting the mountain.
