An evening with L’Oréal: Exploring opportunities in the global beauty industry

 

24th April 2025 was a night to remember for our Master of Global Business (MGB) and Global MBA (GMBA) program students in Singapore, who got a front-row seat to the world of L’Oréal. Thanks to the career & recruitment team, students met industry insiders and explored what it’s really like to work with a global beauty leader.

Thanks to the career & recruitment team, students met industry insiders and explored what it’s really like to work with a global beauty leader.

L’Oréal’s Hilda Tham (Campus Recruitment Executive) and Zeon Png (Talent Acquisition Manager) led an engaging session covering the company’s international presence, talent programs, and unique initiatives like L’Oréal Seez.

Students also participated in a hands-on CV workshop, receiving direct feedback from L’Oréal professionals.

A special moment of pride was the recognition of our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program student Raj Lakhi, who shined on the global stage at the L’Oréal Brandstorm Challenge! Out of 3,496 participants across Singapore, Raj’s team made it to the Top 8 finalists. He delivered a confident final presentation, receiving insightful feedback and making the most of this incredible opportunity to engage with global innovators and industry leaders.

The evening ended with an interactive Q&A session, where students explored future possibilities and the values that drive one of the world’s top beauty brands.
