Why an EMBA is important in one’s career to make better decisions – Dr Bhanu Ranjan writes in K12 Digest

Dr Bhanu Ranjan (Assistant Dean, Executive MBA - Singapore, SP Jain School of Global Management) writes an article in K12 Digest, a leading educational portal, on why an Executive MBA (EMBA) is important in one’s career to make better decisions.

Elaborating further, she says, “In EMBA, you are trained to be a leader and adapt to tough situations and demands. Not only does this teach students to be quick on their feet to come up with the best decision, but also, they learn to take accountability for their choices and make decisions that are in the best interest of an organisation.”

In the article, Dr Ranjan highlights that the EMBA course based on simulation allows students to take risks and test their very own ability to make decisions that they could have never dared in their real lives. This brings confidence and hence makes them better decision makers than before.
