Dr Nawazish Mirza’s interview was recently featured in China Daily Asia Weekly edition’s print and online versions in an article titled “Path for Progress”.
Dr Mirza’s comments were featured along with Enrique Blanco Armas, Lead Country Economist for Pakistan with the World Bank, Abdul Qadir Memon, Pakistan’s Consul-General in Hong Kong, and Lu Yang, a Research Fellow at the Beijing-based Institute of the Belt and Road Initiative at Tsinghua University.
In the article, Dr. Mirza explained how Pakistan would not only gain from CPEC but also how the economic corridor would provide access to other maritime routes and hence a bigger market for China.
