Please Note: The Doctor of Business Administration is a 3-year program. Although you may complete this within 5 years, additional tuition fees apply where a student remains enrolled beyond the standard duration of the course. An additional tuition fee of AUD 700 applies for each six-month period beyond the standard three-year duration of the program. This fee reflects the additional academic and administrative resources required to support continued enrolment, including ongoing supervision, academic mentoring, research progress monitoring, access to research support services, examination administration, and related quality assurance activities.

  •  Books and course study materials are to be purchased by students directly at their own cost. 
  •  Non-payment of fees may lead to cancellation of Admission.
  •  Fees are reviewed periodically and any future fee changes will be published in accordance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
  •  All decisions by Admissions will be final
  • Please also note that we do not accept payments in cash. For any payment made towards your course fees, you will receive a receipt authorised by the S P Jain Accounts Department.
  • Please refer to the School’s Domestic Student Refund Policy. Note that this policy does not apply to international students studying onshore in Australia on a student visa.
  • Student seeking to withdraw from their course/unit should complete the Domestic Student Withdrawal Declaration Form.

Note - If government regulations do not permit face-to-face delivery, the school may deliver the course online to ensure uninterrupted student learning and completion, with no change in fees.

Students who do not satisfactorily complete a subject may be asked to take retests. The exact fees for retests, etc. are set out in the Student Handbook and listed below:

Rebate on Lumpsum Fee Payment
A rebate on lumpsum fee payment will be offered on the Coursework and Research Fee as follows:
Rebate offered on lumpsum fee payment for all three years 12%
Rebate offered on lumpsum fee payment for only two years 8%
Rebate offered on lumpsum fee payment for only one year 4%

FEE-HELP

SP Jain degrees are approved for FEE-HELP (Higher Education Loan Program). Eligible Australian citizens can apply for FEE-HELP to study SP Jain’s DBA program.

The FEE-HELP is a loan from the Australian Government for eligible higher education students to pay tuition fees. You cannot use it for accommodation, laptops, or textbooks. If eligible, FEE-HELP can cover all or part of your tuition fees up to a maximum amount, which is the FEE-HELP loan limit. The amount you repay each year is a percentage of your income.
